Introduction to ThinkingFree
As a natural companion, Thinking Free exists by default alongside Working Free.
It includes the growing volume of data being generated from a variety of sources that we deem relevant to our purpose . Some – or even all – will be of interest to someone, somewhere at some time; primarily, those who are interested in knowing more about Independent working at senior levels. Important to many will be exploring its hinterland, its significance in the broader contexts of how senior people want to shape their working lives and balance it with private time – even giving both equal billing particularly when there is increasingly not much difference anyway.
Thinking Free will also be of growing interest to Organisations and how they can best manage and benefit from the fundamental and changing employment patterns, triggered by Covid, Tech and awakening aspirations of the individual.
The focus of Working Free in all of this is on the Individual; individuals having a professional product; being good at it and knowing how to win the work. All of this needs data. This is where Thinking Free comes in handy!
